1. Warranty Coverage
Umaski offers a 1-year warranty on all handcrafted art pieces from the date of purchase. This warranty covers any defects in materials or craftsmanship.

 

2. What is Covered
- Defects in materials (e.g., paint, canvas, frame)
- Defects in craftsmanship (e.g., construction, assembly)

 

3. What is Not Covered
- Damage due to misuse, neglect, or improper care
- Damage from accidents or natural wear and tear
- Custom alterations or unauthorized repairs

 

4. How to Make a Warranty Claim
1. **Contact Us**: Email us at support@umaski.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the defect.
2. **Evaluation**: Our team will review your claim and may request additional information or photos.
3. **Resolution**: If your claim is approved, we will repair or replace the defective item at no cost to you. If the item cannot be repaired or replaced, we will offer a full refund.

 

5. Return Shipping
- Umaski will cover return shipping costs for approved warranty claims.
- We will provide instructions for shipping the item back to us.

 

6. Additional Information
- The warranty is valid for the original purchaser only.
- Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
