By purchasing any products from our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Sale, as well as our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
1. General
1.1 Products: Our products are unique, hand-crafted pieces of art. Each item may have slight variations, reflecting its handmade nature.
1.2 Eligibility: To purchase products from our Site, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding contracts under applicable law.
2. Orders
2.1 Order Placement: To place an order, select the desired product, add it to your cart, and follow the checkout instructions. By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected product(s) in accordance with these Terms of Sale.
2.2 Order Confirmation: Once you place an order, we will send you an email confirmation acknowledging receipt of your order. This confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs, and the contract is formed, when we dispatch the product(s) to you.
2.3 Order Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product descriptions, or suspected fraudulent activity. If we cancel your order, we will notify you and refund any payment made.
3. Pricing and Payment
3.1 Pricing: All prices are listed in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without notice, but such changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.
3.2 Payment: We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and other electronic payment methods specified on our Site. Payment must be made in full at the time of order placement.
3.3 Currency Conversion: If you are making a payment from outside Saudi Arabia, your payment provider may apply currency conversion fees. We are not responsible for any additional charges that may apply.
4. Shipping and Delivery
4.1 Shipping: We offer shipping to addresses within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Shipping fees and delivery times will be specified at checkout and may vary based on the destination and shipping method chosen.
4.2 Delivery: We aim to dispatch products within the estimated time frame provided at checkout. However, delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. We are not liable for any delays caused by events beyond our control.
4.3 Risk of Loss: Risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you upon delivery. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately.
5. Returns and Refunds
5.1 Return Policy: Due to the unique nature of our hand-crafted art, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
5.2 Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a description and photographic evidence of the damage or defect. We will assess the issue and, if verified, will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
6. Warranties and Disclaimers
6.1 Product Descriptions: We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of our products. However, due to the handmade nature of the art, there may be slight variations. We do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
6.2 Disclaimer: Except as expressly stated in these Terms of Sale, all products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 Liability Cap: Our liability to you in connection with any product purchased through the Site is strictly limited to the purchase price of that product.
7.2 Indirect Damages: We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the purchase of any products from our Site.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
8.1 Governing Law: These Terms of Sale and any disputes arising from or related to them are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
8.2 Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms of Sale shall be resolved through negotiations in good faith. If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
